Treatment methods

The Cabin uses modern and holistic rehabilitation methods, both for chemical addiction (drugs and alcohol) and processes (sex, gambling, and gaming). It also treats mental health disorders, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The center claims a non-religious approach that incorporates the AA 12 step method, cognitive behavioral therapy, and physical exercise tailored to the needs of the patient. In addition, the program facilitates a three-loop method using taboos and routines as a tool in rehabilitation. Weekly activities such as expressive therapy, fishing, rafting, rock climbing and elephant climbing are included as part of the recovery process.
