Joshua Holt Hamilton (born May 21, 1981) is a former professional baseball baseball player from America. He plays for the Cincinnati Reds (2007), Texas Rangers (2008-2012, 2015), and Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (2013-2014). Hamilton is the MLB All-Star five times and won the Most Valuable Player Award in the American League (MVP) in 2010.
Josh Hamilton was the first overall choice in the 1999 MLB draft by Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He considered the prospect of a blue chip until his injury and drug addiction career, starting in 2001.
